2. Bookings, Payments & Pricing

All travel packages are subject to availability and confirmation. The terms governing deposits and final payments include:

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure reservations for hotels, flights, and activities.
• Final Balance: The remaining balance of your package must be paid in full by the deadline specified in your booking confirmation invoice.
• Price Fluctuations: Prices are subject to change without notice prior to formal booking confirmation due to currency fluctuations, carrier surcharges, or tax adjustments.

3. Cancellations & Refund Policies

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to our support team. Refunds are calculated based on the date of cancellation relative to the departure date and any non-refundable commitments made to third-party suppliers (such as airlines and hotels). We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.

4. Passports, Visas & Travel Documentation

It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure that valid passports, entry visas, health certificates, and any other required documentation are up to date for all destinations on their itinerary. Jet Set Go Travels is not liable for any denied boarding, entry refusals, or extra costs resulting from inadequate travel documentation.

5. Limitation of Liability

Jet Set Go Travels acts as an intermediary agent for independent third-party travel providers, including airlines, hotels, transport companies, and local guides. We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or irregularity caused by third-party providers or acts of God (such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or political unrest).

6. Modifications to Itineraries

We reserve the right to alter itineraries, substitute hotels, or adjust transport schedules when deemed necessary for the safety, comfort, or well-being of our travelers, or due to unforeseen operational constraints.
